CIPRUS Application னன Admin mode ல்   Login செய்து Promotion update செய்ய வேண்டியவரை Select செய்திடும் போது Rank Disable ஆக இருக்கும்.


Step :2:-
Relieve type - Combo Box ல் Promotion னை Select செய்திடவும். 




Step :3:-
தற்சமயம் Rank மாற்றம் செய்யும் வண்ணம் Enable ஆக இருக்கும்.

Step :4:-
Rank னை மாற்றம் செய்து Save and Ok Select செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

Utility-Success Stories-Format




Identity of unidentified dead body established in a day!!

An unidentified dead body was found in kanyakumari district on 11.07.2020 & a case was registered in Kanyakumari district, Colachel PS (CSGCID-RAMNAD) Cr.No. 08/2020 u/s 174 Cr.P.C. Tr. John Jamel Singh, HAV 608, Police Data Entry Operator, Colachel PS, Kanyakumari district searched on CCTNS portal and found the identity of the deceased on the same day (11.07.2020) to be One Anto Berlin, aged 19, S/o Antony Daniel belonging to Ganapthypuram in Kanyakumari district, who went missing from his home on 08.07.2020 (Case registered in Kanyakumari district, Rajakamangalam PS Cr.No 335/2020 u/s Man Missing). Because identity of the deceased was established immediately, it helped in detection of the missing person case also within 4 days

Missing person case detected within 9 days!
An unidentified dead body was found in Chennai City on 29.05.2020 & a case was registered in Chennai City, Chintadaripet PS Cr. No. 486/2020 u/s 174 Cr.P.C. Tmt. Balamani WHC 1802 Nodal Officer for tracing missing persons in Coimbaore district, used the missing person search tool available on CCTNS and found the identity of the deceased on 09.06.2020 to be One Sundarraj, aged 75, S/o Kanniyappa Naicker belonging to Krishnappa chetti street , Chintadaripet in Chennai City, who went missing from his home on 31.05.2020 (Case registered in Chennai City Chintadaripet PS Cr. No. 490/2020 u/s Man Missing). Because identity of the deceased was established, it helped the investigating officer in detecting the case. Thus, a missing person case was detected within 9 days with the help of CCTNS.

THEFT VEHICLE TRACED USING CCTNS!
On 13.06.2020, Tr.Anbarasu, , Sub Inspector of police, Kanyakumari PS was on vehicle check duty near Chinnamuttom check post. He stopped one Hero Honda Splendor motorcycle bearing Reg. No. TN 74 L 7741. The SI checked the antecedent of the vehicle on the CCTNS mobile app with Reg. No. & found that it was not involved in any case. However, when he checked with the engine no. 03H18M31736, it was found that the original registration number was TN74X8095 and not TN74L7741 and also that the vehicle was reported to be a stolen one in Kanyakumari district Eraniel PS Cr.No. 410/2019 u/s 379 IPC. Information was passed on to Eraniel PS for further action. Tr.Anbarasu, SI was appreciated.


Theft Vehicle traced using CCTNS!

On 11.07.2020 Tr.Muthupandian, Gr II PC 2090 of Thiruppuvanam PS, Sivagangai district, checked the vehicle Splendor Pro motorcycle bearing Reg. No. TN 58 AJ 3127 involved in Thiruppuvanam PS Cr. No. 432/2020 u/s 147, 148, 506(2), 120B, 399, 402 IPC, 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 - NDPS ACT. Tr. Muthupandian, Gr II PC 2090, Police Data Entry Operator checked through CCTNS portal and found that the vehicle was stolen one in Madurai City Jaihindpuram PS Cr.No. 930/2020 u/s 379 IPC. Information was passed on to Jaihindpuram PS for further action. Tr. Muthupandian, Gr II PC 2090, was appreciated.

Passport verification

One Dhayanithi S/o Duraisamy of Tirunelveli district had applied for passport verification. Application was sent to Kalakkad PS for verification, where Tr. Mariappan PC 4003, Police Data Entry Operator, checked the antecedent of the applicant on CCTNS portal and found that the applicant was involved in POCSO Act in Kalakkad PS Cr.No. 173/19 u/s 366(A) IPC, 12, 17 - POCSO ACT

PASSPORT VERIFICATION - Passport applicant found to be involved in Dowry Prohibiton case:
One Tholkappiyan S/o Balaraman of Villupuram district had applied for passport verification. Application was sent to Valavanur PS for verification, where Tmt. Kanniga WGr I 1074, Police Data Entry Operator, checked the antecedent of the applicant on CCTNS portal and found that the applicant was involved in Villupuram AWPS Cr. No. 23/2019 u/s 498(A), 294(b),323,324,354,506(i) IPC r/w 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.


Self-Verification applicant involved in POCSO and Child Marriage Act cases:

A Self-verification application was received by Anaicut Police Station from one Sakthivel S/o Rajendiran of Vellore district. The antecedent of the applicant was verified by Tmt. Lakshmi, WHC 2290, Police Data Entry Operator through the CCTNS portal & it was found that the applicant was involved in following cases:
i) Pallikonda PS Cr.No. 2/2020 u/s 379, 430 IPC, 21(1) -The Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957. 
ii) Anaicut PS Cr.No. 107/2019 u/s 109 Cr.P.C 
iii) Anaicut PS Cr.No. 72/2019 u/s 294(b), 324, 341, 506(1) IPC 
iv) Anaicut PS Cr.No. 55/2018 u/s 363,366,366(A), 354 D (2) IPC, 5(i), 6, 17

ANTECEDENT VERIFICATION-TNSTC Applicant found to be involved in Prohibition case:
One Prabhakaran S/o of Rathinasamy of Tiruppur district had applied for TNSTC Verfication. Application was sent to Mulanur PS for verification, where, Tr. Aronraj, GrI PC 1659 Police Data Entry Operator checked the antecedent of the applicant on CCTNS portal and found that the applicant was involved in Erode district Gobi PS Cr. No. 991/2016 u/s 4 (1) (a) Tamil Nadu Prohibition ACT.

Online Verification
Self-Verification applicant
involved in Rape case:
A Self-verification application was received by Thiruvennainallur PS from one Manikandan S/o Subramani of Kilpauk in Chennai City. The antecedent of the applicant was verified by Tr. Deenadayalan SSI, Police Data Entry Operator through the CCTNS portal & it was found that the applicant was involved in Rape case in AWPS Ayanavaram Cr.No. 21/2019 u/s 376 IPC.



FINGER PRINT BUREAU

In Chennai City, a house breaking case was reported in Peerkankarani PS Cr. No. 879/20 u/s. 457, 380 IPC on 17.06.2020, wherein, cash Rs 54,000/-were burgled. On receipt of call from the IO, Tr. G. Siva Deputy Superintendent of Police (FP) along with Karthikazhagan and Tr. Sudhakar Sub-Inspectors of Police (FP) visited the Scene of Crime and developed the Chance Prints. On thorough examination of the Chance Prints, one Chance Print was classified as Palm Print and another as left thumb print. On 10.07.2020 Suspect Slips were received from Peerkankaranai Police Station for comparison against the chance prints. On examination of the Chance Prints, the palm print developed from the scene of crime was found to be identical with the suspect Gugan (20/20), S/o Selvam Perumbakkam, Chennai. On further examination of the finger print slips with other UI chance Prints, one more case concerned with Tambaram PS Cr.No.1090/20 u/s 457,380 IPC was also detected. The Identification was informed to the Joint Commissioner of Police, South Zone, Chennai City. The accused was arrested and all the stolen properties were recovered.


FINGER PRINT
During the 01st fortnight of June 2020, the Finger Print Bureau personnel have visited 123 Scenes of crime and helped in detection of 11 property offence cases by verifying the chance prints developed from the Scenes of Crime. Out of 12 cases, 09 cases were identified by manual verification and 03 cases were identified through FACTS (Finger Print Analysis and Criminal Tracing System).

Brief of one such identification is given below:
In Chennai City, a house breaking case was reported in Selaiyur PS Cr. No. 856/2020 u/s 457, 380 IPC on 13.06.2020, wherein, 7 & 1/2 Sovereigns of Gold Jewels and Cash Rs. 40000/- all worth Rs.85,000/- were burgled. On receipt of call from the IO, Tr. G.Siva, Deputy Superintendent of Police (FP) visited the Scene of Crime and developed 2 Chance Prints. On 15.05.2020, the Chance Prints were verified with FACTS 7.0 and was found to be identical with the Right Thumb print of one offender namely Guhan (22/19), S/o Selvam, Ezhil Nagar, Perumbakkam, Chennai-100. The Identification was informed to the Joint Commissioner of Police, South Zone, Chennai city.

CCTNS - Server System ல் மற்ற Ciprus Backup, Video File மற்றும் Photo என அனைத்தையும் அளவுக்கு அதிகமாக சேமித்து வைக்க வேண்டாம்.  அவ்வப்போது CCTNS - Server System ல் home ன் எவ்வளது பகுதி பயன்படுத்தப் பட்டுள்ளது என்பதை கவனிக்கவும்.

                  Open the konsole

Step : 2
                  Enter the df -vh
Step : 3
                  Check your home Usage space  

Step : 4
70% அதிகமான usage space உங்கள் Server கொண்டு இருப்பின் அது குறித்து உங்களது Detachment க்கு தெரியப்படுத்தவும்.                  

உங்கள் Server ல் ஒரு வார கால அளவு உள்ள Ciprus Backup file மட்டும் வைத்து விட்டு தேவைப்படும் Backup file னை Client ல் Save செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

K3b Disk Burning

CCTNS-System ல் உள்ள file களை  (.pdf, .xlsx, .mp3 .jpg, .doc, or video file) எவ்வாறு  CD யில் COPY செய்வது என்பதை காண்போம். 

Step : 1 
CD/DVD யினை  Insert செய்து கொள்ளவும்


Step : 2 
K menu -> Multimedia -> k3b (Disk Burning) Click செய்யவும்.

Step : 3 
k3b (Disk Burning) படத்தில் கண்டவாறு 3  part களை கொண்டிருக்கும்.
1. நாம் CCTNS கனிணியிலிருந்து CD க்கு Write செய்ய வேண்டிய folder னை சரியாக Select செய்யவும்

2. Folder ல் உள்ள fileகள் ஒவ்வொன்றாக Select செய்திடும் போது அது 3  part ல் சென்று விடும்


3.CD யில் Write செய்வதற்கு Select ஆகியுள்ள file கள் 3 வது part ல் பார்த்து நாம் confirm செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.


 Step : 4 
 3 வது part ல் file களை பார்த்து நாம் confirm செய்து பிறகு Burn button னை click செய்யவும்.

 Step : 4 
 படத்தில் கண்டவாறு தோன்றும் windown லுள்ள ேBurn Button னை click செய்யவும்.

  Step : 5 
 Burn button னை click செய்த பிறகு படத்தில் கண்டவாறு Writing successfully completed என்ற message தோன்றும்.


 Step : 5 
 Writing successfully completed என்ற message வந்த பிறகு இப்போது CD வெளியே வந்து இருக்கும். அதனை மீண்டம் Insert செய்து கொண்டு k3b  Window வினை Do not Save கொடுத்து close செய்து கொள்ளவும்.

Step : 6 
 இப்போது CD யில் நீங்கள் Write செய்ய வேண்டிய file கள் இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ளவும்.
