1) ஒரு FIR னை Preview mode ல் Printout எடுத்து  புலனாய்வு அதிகாரியிடம் (IO) விடம் Freeze செய்யலாமா ? Freeze செய்தல் மாற்றம் செய்ய முடியாது என்பதை அவர்களிடம் நினைவு படுத்தி கொள்ளவும்.

2) FIR ல் Error எற்பட்டால் நாம் முதலில் செய்ய வேண்டியது officers Portal லில் Range AC Login ல் சென்று அந்த FIR னை Block  செய்து Successfully Blocked என்று வரும் தகவலை Screenshot எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

3) மேலும்  Public Portal ல் View FIR ல் Error ஆன FIR View ஆகவில்லை என்பதை உறுதி படுத்தும் message னனயும் ஒரு Screenshot எடுத்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

4) Freeze செய்த பிறகு Correction இருப்பின் SCRB யால் மட்டுமே அதனை சரி செய்ய முடியும். அதற்கு

i) SHO to DC Requisition Letter

ii) DC to ADGP/SCRB Requisition Letter

iii) ADGP/SCRB Approval

iv) Database Sent to SCRB

v) Script Making

vi) Script Exeute in Station

என Error னை சரி செய்வதற்கு மேற்கண்ட Process  நடைபெற வேண்டும்.

பின்வரும் Section ல் உள்ள வழக்குகள் Default ஆக  Blocked FIR ல் இருக்கும். இது எந்த நிலையிலும் Public Portal லில் View FIR view ஆகாது.
